In 1990, we saw a need to provide services to local elders in need of support in their home. Neighbors, Inc. was born.
Today, Neighbors, Inc. is a thriving non-medical companion care agency with three owners, one full-time manager, and 70 employees who serve over 300 clients.

It is the mission of Neighbors to make possible the continued independence of elderly people in their residences. Neighbors helps clients to live as fully and as long as possible on their own. Our success hinges on hiring capable, caring workers to provide a range of services affordable to clients.

Our services include all the tasks families, friends and neighbors once offered each other as members of the same community. However, as families disperse, friends age, and neighboring families spend more time working, elders increasingly find themselves without traditional communal support. Neighbors, Inc. attempts to be that supportive and helpful community by assisting in all areas except those requiring medical skills.
